Seeds of Destiny 2 January 2023 SOD Devotional MESSAGE
Yesterday, we saw that God is interested in giving us a new Beginning. In this New Year, He wants you to experience new things in all realms.
We also, saw some keys to experiencing new beginning.
In our study today, we shall see further keys to experiencing a new beginning with God.
i. The seed of Word Revelation.
This is seeing something new out of the Word of God. When you see a new beginning out of the Word, you can experience it in life (2 Cor. 3:18). Your life would follow after what you saw from the Word of God.
For example, you will experience fruitfulness in life if you see from the Word that you are meant to be fruitful (Gen.1:28).
ii. The seed of Word Declaration.
Word declaration is key to experiencing a new beginning. In Genesis 1:3, God declared, “Let there be Light”, and there was light. To see new things, you must declare new things.
iii. The seed of Consecration.
This also means the seed of separation. It is being separated and left alone with God just as Jacob was separated and left alone, and a man wrestled with him. This ushered him into a new beginning in life (Gen 32:24).
Many times, the season of isolation, consecration, or separation is the season of Divine Visitation for a new beginning. You may not experience a Divine Visitation if your life is congested with the wrong people and the wrong climate.
God changed Abraham by asking him to step out of his idolatrous background (Gen 12:1).
To experience a Divine Visitation, you must separate yourself from bad friends and bad lifestyles. The lifestyle of alcoholism, smoking, immoral living, lying, cheating, fraud, etc. will deprive you of Divine visitation; you cannot experience a new beginning with such a lifestyle, unless you repent genuinely.
REMEMBER THIS: The season of isolation, consecration, or separation is the season of Divine Visitation for a new beginning.
1. Make up your mind to separate yourself unto God for His Visitation that will usher you into a new beginning.
2. Do away with bad company, immoral lifestyle and other bad lifestyles.
3. Always look into the Word and declare positive things to experience a new beginning.
PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for Your Word to me today. I ask for the grace to separate myself unto You in order to experience a new beginning, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

Have you ever made Jesus the Lord and Savior of your life?
If not, pray this prayer and start a new life in Christ.
Dear God, I come to You in the Name of Jesus. I admit that I am not right with You, and I want to be right with You. I ask You to forgive me of all my sins. The Bible says if I confess with my mouth that “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead, I will be saved (Rom. 10:9). I believe with my heart and I confess with my mouth that Jesus is the Lord and Savior of my life. Thank You for saving me! In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.
