The Christian life is also a life about work. As God’s children, we have tasks that He has given us that we are to carry out in our lives. These tasks all revolve around making sure that the world comes to the knowledge of Christ. Every Christian has a part to play. When we do our work for God, we should be joyful in it.
PRAYER FOR TODAY
Dear God, I ask that as I carry out what you have called me to do, may I always do it with a glad heart. I do not see this work as a burden but as a blessing, because it is a privilege to do anything for you, Lord. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
